Situation Analysis
Development of information technologies has brought new dynamics to the society that makes university libraries face brand new challenges. This fact affects users, types of services and technologies respectively.

Each member of the academic / university community; 
Academic staff ( Professors, Researchers);

All individuals/institutions, regardless of age, legal, social, cultural, religious, ethnic and civil status who use library materials  based on fairness, honesty and respecting the rights and dignity of others in all transactions.

Mission
Library is an information resource center, which is responsible forprotection and developmentof the existingcollections. It provides numerous services for users that facilitate access to information resources, promotesquality of the academic processes, helps readers to integrate into global information society and develop new knowledge.
